Shipping Policy
Orders placed from Running Robot are shipped within 1-2days. Order placed on Running Robot are fulfilled/shipped through a third party e-Commerce shipping solution - Shiprocket. Shiprocket is integrated with courier service providers. Shipping charges for any order depends on various factors like weight, dimensions, distance between the source and destination, courier partner and a lot more. We charge a fixed amount of ₹100 as shipping charges for domestic orders with cart value up to ₹1000. We provide free shipping for domestic orders with cart value above ₹1000. Local deliveries for region limited to Yelahanka, Bangalore are free. International delivery charges are ₹3000 for all orders. Shipping of International orders are carried out by DHL. Delivery Policy
Delivery of domestic orders are caried out by Courier Partners through Shiprocket. Estimated time of delivery or domestic orders depend on the customer's address and may vary from 5-10 days. International orders are delivered through DHL and the estimated time of delivery may vary from 8-15 Business Days. Any damages to the product during delivery will be considered in warranty and the buyers can claim warranty on the product to get a free replacement of the product.
