About these terms
These terms apply to the Running Robot website and services operated under KII GROUP AND COMPANY. By placing an order or commissioning a project, you agree to these terms and the specific quotation accepted for your project. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Quotations and order confirmation
A website estimate or saved print reference is not an accepted order. A quote states the agreed scope, price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and timing. An order is confirmed after the required payment is completed and we provide confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order as agreed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or an appropriate refund.
3D printing and file responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate units, dimensions and requirements, and for having the right to use the uploaded design. We may request a corrected file or decline a model that is technically unsuitable, unlawful or unsafe to manufacture. FDM parts can show layer lines and small dimensional or colour variation. Any critical tolerance, finish or performance requirement must be agreed in writing.
Intended use
Tell us about the intended application, including heat, loads and contact with people, food or electrical systems. Standard prototypes are not automatically certified for safety-critical, medical, food-contact or regulated use. Certification, testing or special performance requirements must be expressly agreed before production.
Product design projects
The accepted project quote defines deliverables, milestones, revision rounds, prototype costs and any editable source files. Changes to the scope may require a revised quote. Intellectual property ownership and any licence or handover conditions will be agreed in writing; your pre-existing materials remain yours.
Electronics and product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Compatibility, ratings and included items should be checked against the product listing before purchase. Where a listing is marked as a catalogue preview or coming soon, it is not an offer of stock at a confirmed selling price.
Payments and records
Payments are processed through the methods available at checkout or on an agreed invoice. Prices, taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. Keep your order number, quote or invoice for support. We will not ask you for a card PIN, password or OTP.
Cancellations, refunds and delivery
Our refund and shipping policies form part of these terms. Custom production and design work may incur costs once work has begun; we will explain any applicable cancellation amount based on the work completed and the accepted quote. Statutory rights for defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain available.
Disputes and contact
Please first contact info@runningrobot.in with your order or project reference so we can review the issue. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, without removing access to consumer remedies or authorities available under that law.
