Where we deliver
We currently deliver within India only. Availability is confirmed for your PIN code before checkout or with your project quote. International delivery is not available. Contact us if your address needs a special delivery arrangement.
Production time and transit time
Custom prints and design prototypes require preparation and production before dispatch. We confirm the expected production schedule with your quote. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is separate from production time. A date is an estimate unless a specific delivery commitment has been agreed in writing.
Shipping charges
Review the delivery method and any charge shown at checkout before placing your order. For an order arranged directly with our team, shipping is included in the accepted quotation before payment. Automated courier rates and transit estimates are not currently connected.
Dispatch and tracking
After dispatch, we share the available shipment or tracking information using the contact details provided with your order. Please make sure your address, postcode and phone number are complete and correct.
Delays or unsuccessful delivery
If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you with the available information. Contact us if tracking shows an issue or your parcel does not arrive as expected. For an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery or a return to sender, we will discuss the next steps and any reasonable re-dispatch costs before proceeding.
Collection in Bengaluru
Collection may be arranged with our team at Building 74, 2nd floor, Doddaballapura Main Rd, opp. SHRIRAM SUHAANA APARTMENT, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064. Please contact us before visiting and wait for confirmation that your order is ready.
Damage or missing items
If a shipment appears damaged or items are missing, contact info@runningrobot.in with the order number, a description and photos where possible. Keep the packaging while we investigate. We will review the issue under our refund policy and applicable consumer rights.
