How to request help
Email info@runningrobot.in or call +91 821 739 9536 with your order or project reference, a description of the issue and supporting photos where relevant. Please contact us promptly so we can investigate and help. We may request additional information or an inspection of the item.
Before production or dispatch
Contact us as soon as you need to cancel or change an order. If production, design work or dispatch has not begun, we will review the request and confirm whether it can be accommodated and any refund due. We will explain any reasonable, previously disclosed and applicable cost that has already been incurred.
Custom prints and commissioned design work
Custom work is made to an agreed specification. A change of mind after production or design work begins may not qualify for a full refund. Any deduction will relate to the agreed work already completed or non-recoverable materials and will be explained to you. This does not remove your rights if we supplied something defective, incorrect or materially different from what was agreed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or differs from the accepted specification, contact us with the details. Depending on the issue and your applicable rights, the remedy may include repair, replacement, reprinting or a refund. Keep the packaging where possible while we review delivery damage. An unboxing video is helpful if available, but is not a mandatory condition for raising a genuine claim.
Returned items
Do not send an item back until we provide the return instructions. We will confirm the return address, whether a return is needed, and responsibility for reasonable return shipping based on the reason for return and applicable law. Please package approved returns securely.
Refund processing
Once a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount, method and expected processing time in writing. Where possible, it is returned to the original payment method. The time it appears in your account also depends on the payment provider or bank.
Consumer rights
This policy does not exclude remedies or rights available under applicable consumer protection law. If you disagree with our proposed resolution, please write to info@runningrobot.in so the matter can be reviewed.
