Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email, phone number, shipping details, project requirements and order information. Where an upload service is enabled, this may include model files, dimensions and print settings. Wix and payment providers also process technical and transaction information needed to run the website and checkout.
How we use information
We use your information to answer enquiries, review designs, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide support and maintain records required by law. We do not use your project files as public portfolio content without permission.
Your model files and saved references
The model preview and local saved references process and store files in your browser. If you choose a cloud calculation and agree to the upload, we send your STL, filename and print settings to Running Robot’s service on Google Cloud. The file, geometry, supported print plan, calculation, submission time and reference are saved in private cloud storage for your enquiry and production review. Your Wix visitor session controls access to its cloud references; authorised team members may access files to fulfil your request. Cloud preview does not place an order or take payment. Clearing browser data removes local references and may remove your session access, but does not delete files already uploaded. Keep your reference and contact us to request deletion or assistance; we may need to verify your request. Do not use a shared device for confidential models. Files sent by email or WhatsApp are handled as part of your project enquiry.
Service providers and payments
Relevant information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website and fulfil your request, such as Wix, Google Cloud for the STL calculation and private file storage, payment processors and delivery providers. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not ask you to send card numbers or security codes by email or WhatsApp. A provider may process information outside India under its own safeguards and terms.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses browser storage for essential functions such as a cart session and saved print references. Optional analytics or advertising tools should only be enabled with an appropriate consent choice. WhatsApp and Google Maps links take you to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies.
Retention and security
We keep information for the time needed to fulfil the project, provide support and meet legal or accounting requirements. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to discuss deletion of a project file or information that no longer needs to be retained.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, withdraw an optional consent, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or an unresolved transaction requires it. Consent withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.
Children and policy changes
Please involve a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18 and wish to place an order. We may update this policy when our services change. The current version will be available on this page.
